Why isn’t the pricing information included on the website?
We don’t offer a fixed package or a one size fits all plan. We provide a range of personalised programs. Only after understanding the individual’s health goals and challenges, and if we believe we can help, we shall recommend the most suitable program and the right expert to work with. This ensures the approach that best supports your goals, rather than choosing something generic.
What is the difference in the packages with Sandhya/Team?
Both programs ensure the same high quality care and results, as every plan is created under Sandhya’s direct supervision. In the premium program, you get the added advantage of working exclusively with sandhya – benefitting from her 15+ years of experience, direct consultations and behavioural coaching alongside nutrition. The team program is equally effective, handled by a trained nutritionist. Your choice depends on your health challenges, need for expert involvement and budget.
What’s the reason for limiting the number of clients per month?
We believe in quality over quantity. Each week in our clinic follows a structured flow. Our work flow is purposefully scheduled and slots are pre booked. Limiting clients ensures we protect our energy, maintain balance and provide every client with focused, personalized care.
Who do we usually work with as clients?
We work with a diverse range of clients – business professionals, corporate employees, entrepreneurs, students, teachers, travellers, homemakers, artists etc. In short, anyone ready to invest their time, energy and resources into their health. Our speciality lies in designing personalized nutrition plans that fit unique lifestyles and help people achieve sustainable long term results.
Why is service not available for clients in certain countries?
We serve clients world wide- including the US, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi..However some countries like canada fall outside our workable hours due to major time zone differences. Since we value self care and work life balance, we do not take midnight calls. If we can find a mutually convenient slot within our working hours, we may consider it.
Do we provide a weekly meal plan?
Our approach focuses on creating a customized nutrition strategy that empowers you to make lifelong healthy choices, rather than following a fixed weekly plan. Our goal is to educate and support you in building sustainable habits tailored to your lifestyle. On a need basis we might give a weekly plan also.
Do we provide supplements as part of our service?
We do not sell or supply any supplements, lab tests, or products — our focus is solely on
consultations services and personalised care. Based on your blood work, we recommend only what’s necessary and guide you to reliable sources or stores to purchase them. Every recommendation is continuously reviewed and refined to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
