About Us

Sandhya Gowtham is a chennai-based holistic and integrative Nutritionist with a Master’s in Dietetics and Food service management. Since founding wellness with Sandhya in 2019, she has supported clients across the globe through personalized consultations, behavioral coaching, and health talks.  Beyond her professional expertise, she embodies sustainable living, growing food on her family’s farm, practising yoga, Reiki – bringing authenticity and depth to her work. 

More than a nutritionist, Sandhya is deeply committed to self growth – constantly upgrading her knowledge, refining her skills and investing in inner work that enriches both her life and practice.
