Mint Chenna chaat

Mint Chenna chaat

Give an interesting twist to your regular channa!

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Boiled Channa
  • Mint - One Bunch/One Cup Tight Pack
  • 3 tbsp Grated Coconut
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Salt As Required

Method
 

  1. In a mixie jar, grind mint, coconut, green chilli coarsely. Add salt. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, keep the boiled chenna
  3. Add the coarsely grounded mixture to the chenna
  4. Combine all the ingredients well
  5. Flavourful chenna is ready!
