Method
- Wash and soak moong dal for 6 hours
- In a mixie jar, add the moong dal, turmeric, salt and some water. Grind it to a batter consistency
- To this batter, add chopped vegetables, paneer, spices, salt and mix well.
- Heat the sandwich maker, grease it, pour the mixture, keep a cheese slice and again cover it with one more layer of batter.
- Cook on both sides until crisp
- Gluten free sandwich is ready to be served with mint chutney.
