Method
- Soak all dal varieties together in water for 2 -3 hours, rinse well and grind to a coarse paste.
- Add salt, chopped chillies, coriander leaves
- Heat a dosa kadai/pan, spread a ladle full of dough into a thick circular Adai.
- Add 1/2 tsp of oil around, close with a lid and let it cook in medium flame, flip on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ginger based veg chutney.
